golang-golang-x-oauth2-dev software package provides make OAuth2 authorized and authenticated HTTP requests, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-golang-x-oauth2-dev
golang-golang-x-oauth2-dev is installed in your system.
